"Things I wish I had known before selecting this practice: 1. Before your first checkup, you need to have a "new patient visit," which it turns out in my case was not covered by my insurance as it was not considered routine preventative care. 2. If you go even a day more than 3 years between appointments, they will kick you out of their system and if you want to see the Dr. again you will have to start from scratch as a new patient. Bottom line: if you are generally healthy and don't see the Dr. very often, look for a different practice!"
