"This was my first time coming to CityMD in Woodbridge and my experience was EXCEPTIONAL. After having nothing but nightmares with my PCP, I came here as a new patient desperate to get an important prescription filled. All of the staff were extremely attentive, caring and went what felt like the extra mile compared to my current PCP. Dr. Eletto made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I have never had such an amazing experience at a doctor’s office, both in communication and quality of care. Thank you CityMD!"

"As stated previously, this review is not about the front desk staff/manager on duty, they were awesome. Even the nurse was very nice. The PA though, he was awful and really needs to go back to school to learn how to listen to patients and treat correctly. I will not be going back because of him. He made my bp go up to the point that I walked out. He wouldn’t stop talking about a non existent issue and neglected the reason I came. Now I’m still in pain and disgusted!"

"Firstly would like to note that the manager on duty when I was there handled this situation professionally and very kindly. My issue was not with her or the front desk girl at all. I came into this location April 30, 2024 for a quick physical required by my cosmetology school so I could be cleared to perform facials on clients. It is required by the state that I get “two physicals” before graduating (a 5 month program) so when it came time for my second form needing to be signed, it was not necessary for me to have to pay $300 for a second physical when I was seen just under 2 months ago. Originally they told me I needed to register as a new patient because providers changed so I made sure to come specifically on the day I knew the provider I had seen on the 30th of April would be in. Manager explained to the provider what I needed signed and he mentioned he felt “uncomfortable seeing as it was a couple months ago and things could change”… nurses even in my family said that didn’t make sense and not to mention, that same provider felt comfortable enough to privately DM me a message on instagram that many would considered to be unethical. If I hadn’t been in that office in let’s say, 7 months, then whatever I’d just take it to the chin but not even a full 2 months and I would have to pay AGAIN for a physical by the same doctor? I’m sorry but there is a reason it’s called an ANNUAL physical and insurance only covers the cost of one per year. Personally this just really felt like a money grab and it just seemed like they were more interested in having me just pay the money for an appointment as opposed to signing the paper and avoiding all of this. Overall just disappointed with how this was handled and disgusted with the providers behavior."

"Went in to City MD/WOODBRIDGE early Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by a friendly young lady Named Richelle Who explained to me how this works. I filled out a little paperwork and a very nice young man named Kavan ushered me into an examination room where he took a medical history blood pressure etc. Immediately Dr. Habib came in asked me about my symptoms and did a cursory examination. He then prescribed appropriate medication which was turned over to my pharmacy immediately. I must say bravo to this location as everyone was friendly yet professional. Minimal wait time with a satisfactory outcome. The office was clean and modern. All in all, City MD made an unpleasant condition a very pleasant visit."

"This urgent care was great. Staff was professional and attentive, especially the male rn. This is a new facility and was bright, nice, and clean. I will be back if a medical issue arises again that requires urgent attention but not quite the ER visit."
