"Dr.Sheila Sahni The five stars is for Dr.Sahni , She absolutely the best ,but getting an appointment for a Doppler test and mapping venous by front desk was a total nightmare. I was scheduled for Wednesday sept 5 . There was an opening for aug31, I was told , so I told the gentleman on phone if Friday is available I’ll take it . He went canceled sept 5 and told me he call me back to set me up for that Friday . He never called me. I had to call him . Finally I got him on the phone was put on hold again, and told him you canceled sept 5 it’s taken off the portal ,and I said what time Friday I go in .Again I was put on hold for over 20 mins . To be told those appointments are no longer available . Then I ask him can I go anywhere with that referral, again on hold for over 20 minutes to tell me yes I can .So I now had no appointments for sept 5 or Friday for the Doppler to check for blood clots . I had to set up an appointment in am imaging center to do my Doppler. When u call the office a girl says hold, and here comes the music for 20 minutes . I just don’t get it . Also I’m still waiting on the mapping venous which the guy say someone will call me back . No one has called me back . It’s very concerning when it’s something that can be so dangerous has a blood clot and they just put u on hold for every question . So kinda sad I would like to have a procedure done there . The doctor she fantastic ,but I decided not to have it done due to the fact always being put on hold for long period of time and front desk doesn’t help at all . Scary something serious happens and they got u on hold . Just causes unbelievable stress. So I did my test a week ago. Not showing on portal and I dread calling that office ."

"Dr. R. Sahni is a great doctor. He treats his patients with care and compassion. Most of his staff not so. They make numerous mistakes with scheduling and put you on hold for long periods of time. Don't seem very responsible, that's why I left once before."
