"I chose Dr Duhl due to his achievements and recognition, apparently Dr Duhl doesn't do office visits, because I have only spent about 5 minutes with him after 2 years of regular visits, and that 5 minutes was as I was on the table for colonoscopy. My symptoms have only gotten worse . I have all my recent labs and Dr. Reports on mychart, and I gave them my medical history pre digital, yet everytime I visit nothing have been gone over and my conditions are shrugged off as if Pain to the point of constant sweats, fatigue, around my eyes are yellow, bleeding, and stuff I'll save you from reading -its waved off as if it's all imaginative. Yet 3 Dr's who don't know each other are personal friends, have all said it's not what Dr. Duhls office says. I'd see them but it's a conflict of interest. Nothing is explained by the office, which adds to stress and fear, your rushed in and out so fast, God forbid they spend the time to figure out what is going on if it takes over the payout of 15 mins from insurance. Mary is stern in a good sense, but once she says something, despite the facts from other Dr's diagnoses that relate and doesn't explain things, leaving one to the worst possible option re; medical advice - the internet. The Plainfield office lady seemed nice but I was only there once and Stephan doesn't seem like a bad guy but I didn't exactly see his purpose there. Woodbridge office is shared with a Suboxone Dr so on double office days it's quite interesting... comparing Dr Duhl's staff to the other they seem a+, but in reality, they're too engrossed in their screens to even look up and make a patient feel welcomed. Don't ask any questions, they try to not show that you're annoying them, but facial expressions tell more than words. If it wasn't so hard to find another GI Dr. With less than 6 month wait, I would never return."

"I just.. didn't feel welcome here. It's funny, they kept telling me I'm "too young" to have gastric issues, and they refused to run a stool test after my colonoscopy despite having chronic digestional issues (which I'm still having), but my fiance who's 7 years older, got THE best possible treatment? And got the tests I asked for?? I don't know.."

"My wife spent a year and a half going to Dr. Duhl and numerous times in the hospital. We were told by him that he never needs to have surgery and can fix all issues with medication. My primary Dr. Said from day 1 it was a hiatal hernia and we were told by Dr. Duhl that this was not the issue. When I suggested a second opinion he had a fit and ripped his gloves off. Very unprofessional. I took my wife to another Dr. Who immediately said surgery would take care of issues and could not understand why a Dr. Would put her through so much pain for welll over a year. Surgery fixed issues immediately. I wonder how many other patients he puts through this hell."

His staff are always pleasant and easy to work with. I have experienced long wait times in the past, but it’s easy to overlook because of the care you receive. All in all the best you can ask for in a doctor and a true professional in treating the illness."
