"i had my first MRI completed at the Clark North Pavilion. it was so easy to make an appointment which was the very next day in the morning. Jeannie was able to confirm all my approvals were completed with my insurance. Paul and Ryan were so warm and welcoming and explained how the process would go and always checked in with me to make sure i was comfortable and calm. the whole process went so well and i was so surprised that my results were completed that same day and was able to view it on the mychart app i have. this location is so easy and has other services available should i ever need. thank you to the imaging department for making this a positive experience. went back for a Calcium Score Testing. Ryan was my tech and he was great explained everything and as he said the test went by quickly only 15 minutes very happy will always make Clark my go to for any imaging studies I need including my yearly mammogram"

"Had a brain MRI w/contrast here a few wks ago and then needed a cat scan w/contrast. I chose to return here because my previous experience had been so good! The staff was fabulous- Paul and Ryan are the best! Paul did the MRI and got me thru my claustrophobia ! He was so patient and reassuring! And then Ryan did my CT scan just as well! They both did an excellent job with the IV and injection for contrast. I was also happy to see my results in My Chart the next day. The facility is new-very clean and modern. My wait was minimal and they were always updating people waiting. I highly recommend this imaging center!"

"My doctor's office was just taken over by Atlantic Health and I must admit I was taken aback by the fact that my prescription for an MRI was sent automatically to this facility...I generally go to University Radiology...but as soon as I arrived I was very impressed Jeannie at the front desk was so helpful and Paul and Ryan, the MRI tag team were by far the best I have come across. It doesn't hurt when the MRI machine is brand new, and the place even splurged on some good earphones. Highly recommended Following up..my second visit today..doubling down on my previous comments..and Paul was great again"

"The Atlantic Health Imaging team in Clark is AMAZING! My first experience was with Jeanie at the front desk. She was kind, lovely and went out of her way to set appointments that worked best for me and my issues. Jeanie set the tone for a wonderful experience every step of the way! My appointment with Elena, Ultrasound tech, was great too. She put me at ease as soon as we met. She was sensitive, caring and excellent at her job. She went above and beyond to give my doctor an accurate reading and knew extra testing was necessary. She immediately went through the process for approval from my doctor and true to her word she squeezed me in for another test soon after. Her professionalism and expertise guided my doctor to her recommendation of another test this time with the dynamic duo of Paul and Ryan, MRI techs. They were supportive and gentle. They took such good care to be sure I was comfortable. Their light hearted approach to an intimidating test is spot on. They did a fabulous and detailed report for me to be able to go forward. I feel so very lucky to have my first testing experiences with such a wonderful group of people. It was all about care, consideration and the patient came first! With much appreciation and gratitude.
