The new owner, Dr. Bertolucci, is an extremely poor and incompetent manager of this business, and after nearly 20 years, we have decided to leave and find a practice that understands they are service business and need to service their clients. Calls are routinely not returned. It's a shame that this place has declined so badly. I would not recommend anyone consider using this business. Find another group for your eye care needs."
