"Posting on behalf of my grandmother. Readers can draw their own conclusions: My grandma was seeing another doctor in the office for an infection. It suddenly worsened, but that doctor was on vacation. She called the office and made an emergency appointment with Dr. Taylor for the early afternoon. The office called shortly before the meeting to cancel it saying they had "made a mistake". She asked for another appointment, which was refused. My grandma, 88, then needed to dig out her car and drive to the emergency room. I hope their treatment of her was an outlier. Oddly, she asked the office to look at her MRI results, and they gaslighted her saying there was none on record. Of course, it was on record with the MRI technician. Dr. Taylor's callous dismissal led to great pain and suffering for my Grandma."

"This man has made my life a living hell for over 20 years! He bragged how great he was and how I would be back to work after 72 hrs after my sinus surgery, but he left the hospital as I lay bleeding to death because he never packed my nose so I had to have it done as an emergency procedure post op after having bone and cartiledge removed! He sent me home that same night instead of admitting me, gave me no antibiotics, I had an infection by the next morning, he only cleared one side of my sinuses so it re-infected the other side and he removed a bone from my eye and never mentioned it or documented it. I never got better, I got extremely worse and had to have emergency surgey 5 months later at the Ear nose and throat hospital in NYC. He has cost me tens of thousands of dollars a year since because I have to take so much medication and go to several doctors weekly to maintain some sort of relief. Stay far away!"
