"Our appointment for just Vitamin B12 shots was at 10:20, Dr. Khan forgot to put in the order which should have been in the system since 2 days, we waited for more then an hour, wasting our time for no reason. This is so ridiculous, people don’t understand the value of time, the staff is not ready at all on time, they don’t value the time."

"Every time I schedule an appointment, I encounter a communication issue with the reception staff. When I was unwell, they insisted on a virtual consultation which I found ineffective for physical assessments like lung examination or strep test. On one occasion, I called for a physical examination appointment, and Thomas confirmed a slot at 1:30. However, upon reaching the office, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled and a notification was supposedly sent on MyChart, which I didn't receive. They couldn’t accommodate me that day and asked me to reschedule. I expressed my availability on weekends, but was told they were fully booked on weekend, which seemed implausible. I'm now inclined to pay for urgent care instead of dealing with these hassles. I must mention that the doctors themselves are commendable, but accessing them is the challenge."

"Recently, I have been diagnosed with RSV. Dr. Mary Nakhla and her staff could not have done more to help arrange testing and treatment. They even called me “after hours!” Thank you all at Atlantic Health Care, Pompton Lakes! You are all a great team that really does care!"

"I had my first appointment today (1/28/2022) and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Neelam Sharma and the receptionist. Perhaps they switched out the receptionists, because unlike other reviews, I was greeted with a very courteous attitude and positively over the phone last night. I was seated immediately and she took her time discussing all of my concerns. When I would ask for procedures or about previous potential diagnoses, she was thorough in describing why or why not she thinks certain things, and also brought up history of how things were diagnosed in the past vs now. She is clearly up to date on current science and I appreciate when doctors explain such things. I used to work at both a medical and dental office, and I could immediately tell that this office is well managed and organized. This doctor also isn’t one who keeps asking you to come back for follow-up appointments when it isn’t unnecessary, which is why I will recommend her to friends and family."
