We drove from New York City and spent the weekend in this idyllic country town, Franklin, NY. We stayed at a wonderful Airbnb nearby. The store was the cherry on the cake. The store owner and interior designer, Meg Lavalette, culled together a curated shop of standout vintage and antique pieces that somehow look modern, fresh, romantic and rustic all rolled into one. The space is inviting and welcoming. Each piece tells a story of time passed. We had a hard time deciding which piece we would take home with us."
