"For starters, cleaning up after a contractor is the last thing any homeowner should have to do. Upon blowing leaves off the roof and around the skylights, I found some very sharp edges on the ends of the screen sections, in addition to uneven cuts due to using a hand held grinder with a cut-off wheel, which were catching some leaves. The original gutter straps were also cut in the same manner, as opposed to removing them completely. These left me with some nasty cuts when installing Christmas lights. When I went to remove the hangers for the hummingbird feeder that hangs from the back porch gutter, I found that they screwed the screen over it, leaving me unable to remove it. They never did get back to me from last year about these issues. Last Friday, as the roofers were were here (and they removed all of the roughly gut gutter straps for me), they were resealing a gutter seam and had to pull a couple screens to do the repair. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE CLUMPS OF DECAYING LEAF DEBRIS THAT WAS IN THE GUTTER - UNDER THE SCREENS! Clearly, these clowns thought is was okay to only protect my gutters from future leaves. So, that day - Friday, July 26, 2024, I placed a call and spoke with Megan. She informed me that someone would call me back on Monday - if not, I was to call her back Tuesday. I waited until Wednesday reach out again. She gave me the whole speech again and took my information - again! The end of the day has come and gone, with NO RESPONSE! Not surprised. Try Terminix, or some other reputable company."

"The contract they said I verbally agreed to over the phone and what I talked about with the salesperson were not the same. With all the oak trees and frills I told them the splash guard they put on in stead of the diverter that was there wouldn't work. When I called to complain they said I was lucky they installed anything as it wasn't part of the contract they said I agreed to.. Very poor response. I am in my 70's and still have to get on my 3 story roof and Clean the screens"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Had gutters installed 2 years ago, an ice damn cause one corner to pull down slightly, causing me to need a couple new brackets and gutters reset. I also didn't replace downspouts during original install in order to save money at the time. No big deal, I went to the Butler County Home Show and talked with a salesman there, told him I wanted to install downspouts and do the repair, he took my information and upon receiving the call, I find out they will NOT do repairs and won't install downspouts alone. Complete waste of time and bad business practice. Don't waste your time. They were too expensive to begin with."
