"I live very close and have been stopping by to see what new items have come in. I was very satisfied with the actual purchase. Junk silver is priced well compared to online. ASEs are priced at 2x spot, which is insane to me. I purchase (2) decent shape Peace dollars for spot price. The service from both visits was extremely poor. Both people I spoke to seemed very uninterested in helping me. I tried to make small talk or break the ice while asking for help. “You guys got a lot of new stock since I was here last” sort of thing. That made things more awkward. Im a pretty clean guy, and usually dont have issues getting someone to help with a store purchase when I shop."

They had an expert come in to assess my Rolex and he had very shaky hands and scratched up the case back when checking the movement. They also only offer near 1/3 of value — even on a pawn. Pretty unfortunate."

I have never experienced any racism for any employees at this place, especially the old white head man (employee )that someone has suggested is a racist. That person (employee you called racist)is a genuine and a good hearted person and he treats all persons equally and fairly, so please stop calling a person racist because you do not like a deal that was offered to you by them.
