"Such a cute place right in Babylon village. Came by here on Sunday and had the pleasure of tasting different things I haven’t tried before. The employee who helped us was very informative and made great recommendations. They have the cutest gift baskets as well if you’re looking for a unique gift for a loved one."

"Amazing selection of oils (olive, walnut,, truffle) and balsamic vinegars (white and dark), most of which you probably didn't know existed. Other products include infused honey, macaroni, spreads, olives, mustards etc. The woman working at the time, Jennifer I believe, was super friendly and a wealth of suggestions for what one could do with the products."

"Very nice small shop in the heart of Babylon Village with a huge selection of amazing flavors of balsamic vinegars in stainless steel tanks with spigots. Tiny sample cups are provided. Recipe cards are available for savory and sweet applications such as espresso (for steaks) orange vanilla white (for ice cream), raspberry (for anything!!) and chocolate (delicious as is). There are many full and spicey flavored oils, too. Gift bags and gourmet baskets are availble. Assemble a gift box of sampler size bottles of your own selection."

"Love!!!! The selection is amazing and you have the opportunity to taste before you purchase! The flavor is delicious! Hands down the place to go for super tasty vinegar and oil, I’ve cooked with the smoked olive oil on the grill with chicken it was incredible, I have the black cherry and blueberry vinegar which I sprinkle on fresh mozzarella and it’s so savory I keep going back for more! Definitely worth it!!!"

"I was excited to find this store so close to where I live. Went back three times around the holidays to buy their flavored goodies. The first time I was the only one in the store and the nice lady who assisted me seemed to be new and although she tried to help me she struck me as not very knowledgeable about the products. The second time I was looking forward to buying more flavors but although there were three ladies at the counter no one approached me to assist and when I asked questions they made sure to project that they were very busy with more important tasks. Their lack of attention did not discourage me and I went back a third time a week before Christmas to buy at least six gifts and more flavored goodies for my wife and me. There were three customers browsing and two people at the counter. I asked if I could buy the Christmas packages with specific flavors and immediately was told that they were too busy and did not have the time to wrap them up. It happened that the flavors that I wanted were already packaged and I ended it buying the six gifts but the older lady especially, made it so apparent that my request had been very "unreasonable" during their busy time that I decided not to continue shopping for myself and left as quickly as possible. I would give them more stars for their products but only 1 star for customer service. It is important to note that the three times I went to were on weekdays in the middle of the day and that last time I went afterwards to a specialty grocery store in another town that made me feel like an important customer from the moment I walked in. I had gone for one item but ended up buying a bunch more. It gave me pleasure to spend money there and will be writing a rave review for them..."
