"all the five star ratings are from bot accounts with 1-2 reviews....listen to the lower reviews as they speak the truth...the lady who works here has poor listening skills...and therapeutic communication, which encompasses active listening is a MUST when dealing with patients...she'll just speak over ya without knowing what the heck it is you're trying to say....I'd avoid this place...hell knows they even bill the insurance companies correctly...this is another sad contributor to the american health care system."

"I recently broke my leg and ankle and needed a wheelchair for the next 10 weeks. Janine was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She contacted the doctors office and got all the paperwork sorted out before I was discharged from the hospital so that my wheelchair was ready when I needed it. She continues to work with me for any other medical supplies I may need and is more than willing to get the job done. I couldn't be happier with her service and compassion"
