"To whom it may concern, I am one of many that are very unhappy that Awan is no longer at 7-11 on Bayshore rd in Bayshore.He was great with all customers that frequently used the stores I'm so disappointed, probably not going there again."

"My experience with the weekend guy wasn’t pleasant . A gentlemen by the name of Ashfaq (cashier) blows past the rewards coffea offer and straight to payment . I buy about 6 cups of coffea at 7-11 a day so when the computer ask if I want to redeem my free coffea and this guy just blows past it I will surely say something . I ask him why he didn’t ask if I wanted to use my points he said they don’t give free coffea anymore and started raising his voice loud after I told him he didn’t even give me a chance to redeem my free coffea.I give this place too much business to be treated like I am bothering someone. This guy should leave his attitude at home before he comes to work"

"I come to this 7-11 in the morning before work and I'm always greeted with a smile, Bony is so sweet!! I look forward to coming in the morning and saying hello while I grab my coffee.. They keep the coffee counter clean, and the line always moves fast even when there is a lot of people. If you want good customer service come to this 7-11 :)"

"I went there to play PowerBall at around 9.40pm ish . The cashier guy said lotto closes at 9.30 pm. I said lotto does not close at 9.30 pm. The only thing is you have to close yoir shift at 12 am and print the reports. He said it is close. I asked him that is not how lotto works. Especially if the drawing closes at 10pm you definitely can’t close the lotto. I said I was. Cashier too, I know how it works. He just shrugged and said nothing else. I got upset. This is not the first time… Also on their webside it says they are 24/7 but the paper on the door says otherwise."
