"This place is beyond racist !!! Every encounter with every employee there was rude and nasty, no body there is respectful, and they pick and choose who they want to cater too. It takes me a while to leave a bad review on a company because I give people chances, but today is it for me. I’m sick and tired of being treated this way. Don’t come to this 7/11 !!! You will be very disappointed !!! And right after I leave this review I will be contacting the BBB (Better Buisness Bureau ) next ! And just an example of what they do, I went to play lotto and the employee told me the machine was broke , but I went into an isle and waited until someone else came for Lotto and what do you know the machine works for that customer. I walked out disgusted."
"I’ve been coming to this location almost all my life, that’s about 25 years. A few weeks ago Sharif one of the employees said I have to pay cash. They don’t take card anymore. I went to my car to grab the cash and another employee rings me up and sharif tells the other employee that it’s only cash. If it truly was only cash only, why does he have to remind the other employee. When I look to my left, another customer is paying card. They pick and choose who will pay cash or card. They’re no signs that say CASH ONLY, and still have the machines to charge card. So why does a selected few have to pay cash while others get to pay with card. I feel like I’m being discriminated against. Me and a few others. What is going on here? The video is attached below."
"I have been going there for 3 years and people was always friendly since this guy works there i don't like to go anymore, he is rude he doesn't even speak well or say thanks. I've worked in 7/11 before and customer satisfaction and people trained to work in these places should he paid ... if after all they don't have the patience they shouldn't be working there ......"
"The store isn't terrible even if most of the male staff are rude and slower than the dirt that seems to be everywhere. The real problem is that during a global pandemic there is a homeless guy acting as a doorman wearing a chin guard instead of a mask that gets in your face everytime you try to enter. The store needs to give that guy a mask that fits or get him the hell out of there before he starts an outbreak. Will not be going back as long as that guy is there."
