7-Eleven

"If at all possible stay away from this 7/11. The only reason why I ever stop here is because it’s the only one in my neighborhood which is horrible. The parking lot is covered in craters and potholes and the parking lines are nonexistent. Sometimes I won’t even stop in because there are too many homeless men hanging inside and outside of the store! It’s dangerous! And the donuts aren’t ever fresh and I’m there between 7am-8am. When I tell staff they are nonchalant about it. Poor customer service"

"Do not purchase Juul Pods from this store, twice now after purchasing pods the pack had been tampered with and empty pods were inside. They have a no return policy on these items and you are pretty much screwed. The first time my Daughter was still in the store parking lot when she discovered the empty pods and after a heated exchange with the store staff she was given a replacement pack. Last night she came home and once again there were empty pods in a seemingly sealed pack. This time there was even a note inside which said ( Sorry 4 Empty Pods Buy) somebody either in the store or in the supplier are ripping off the customers."

"enforce the store's mask requirement, ONLY CUSTOMER AND ENPLOYEE NOT THE MANAGERS ""OWNER""..I stop at 7-eleven store # 32608, 329 WASHINGTON AVE Brentwood, NY 11717 every morning before work and am require to wear a mask and am happy to do so. I see that the owner does not wear a mask ever and I asked if she needed to use a mask and she gave me the biggest attitude ever, FOLLOW YOUR OWN REQUIREMENT"

"This is the single worse seven eleven I’ve ever entered in my whole life, every time I come in there, there are bugs, roaches and ants by the coffee/sink area near the back. There was a roach in my big gulp cup the last time I came in. I don’t recommend getting any coffee or any fountain drink. Apart from the hygiene problem, their customer service is terrible, they don’t try and work with you if an issue arises. Definitely never returning. The health department needs to be contacted ASAP. Those conditions are horrendous for any place of service. Specially those handling foods. Disgusting!"

"Poor customer service. Price tags are place incorrectly with items. Then there are items that don't have a price. I was purchasing an item that didn't have a price tag and the cashier wanted to guess it's price. Then the cashier next to him wanted to double it's price and when i refused to paid that second price he said "well it's not free". I know that it's obviously not free. So I told him "you know, your smart comment wasn't necessary". He said "it wasn't to you, I was talking to him (first cashier)". That's a lie because he only said it after I said that the second price was too much for the item and that I've purchased it before and it wasn't that much. I went in here because it was on my way to work. I'm not going back. They need to fix the way they speak to their customers and do better at pricing things so this situation doesn't even have to present itself."
