7-Eleven

"The lady who works at night. The older Indian lady who wears the scarf (I'm sorry I know it's called something else but I'm frustrated and that's the only way I know how to describe her) she is RUDE AND MISERABLE!! AND I SEE OTHER PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT HER YET SHES STILL THERE AND SHE ALWAYS CLOSES EARLY! it says 24 hours here online, but it's only open until 1130 pm. She closes almost EVERY NIGHT AT 1120. When she is not there, there is never a problem. I've went out of my way to be nice and to help her with day care needs and everything and she can't wait 2 mins to close. I got there at 1123 tonight and her ride in the parking lot walks out and says she's closing now u can't go in. I'm like what?! It's only 1123. He goes it's 1130. I said it's 1123. I checked my phone. I said now 1124. She comes outside and she starts locking the door after she smiles and says sorry and starts laughing and then goes it's 1130 we're closed. And then continues to ask me what I want and when I tell her she goes oh sorry that's what u want? Well we're closed. I can't open doors after I lock them. Like I was here before u locked them . And this is the 4th time shes closed early while I'm there. 2x I was leaving at 1120 and she closed behind me and another guy complained and she let him in. One other time I cut it really close and came at 1127 and she was already closed and in her car with her ride. This time I made sure to be at least 10 mins and I see the 711 from my house so u left at 11:19 and thought i was lucky she wasnt there but nooe at 1123 shes locking up. So her and her friend got what they needed, she gets paid to work til 1130 and yet she closes everyone out. And it's become earlier and earlier. But they don't want to seem to fire her. Either her family owns the store I heard I think so she gets away with it but 711 Corp should step in bc it's misinforming ppl and she's not dojg her job at all. I see a lot of people say the same thing. I also posted on 711s website they gave in the other reviews. Waiting to hear back."

"They closed two mins early tonight after I'm limping up there with no car and he's locking the door. They are supposed to shut and lock down at 1130. It was 1127 when I got into the parking lot and 1128 when I was done talking to him at the door. It's not the first time they have closed early and they are always firing their hard workers to hire someone else in their family. Honestly I understand family sticks together but it's not fair to the ones who work their butts off. I've seen him. I've personally never gone through it there but I've seen it happen like to 2 or 3 employees already. There's almost always something wrong. They need a wake up call. I just went again tonight at 1123. They're closing early again. I keep reporting it and I noticed 2 other ppl did. They don't care as long as they get off early but still get paid."

"Very friendly staff specially the 2 young girls that work in there very friendly and kindness God bless them we don't have a lot people like that nowadays they are great people sometimes there is an old attitude lady but just go there early you will never deal with her"

"The problem with this 7-11 is the nasty, miserable woman who works the night shift here. I’ve never encountered someone so trashy who clearly hates people should not work for the public. I came to this location tonight and had to grab a few items, one included a case of soda. As she rings me up, she clearly sees that I am struggling to carry all my items and instead of simply helping me, I accident knock a customers coffee all over the counter. I profusely apologize and tried to clean up but all I received was nasty looks from both her and the other woman working behind the counter. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN, SWEETIE. LIGHTEN UP. Is it because I took away from your 200th smoke break or because you actually had to do your job?"

"I refer to this as the bad 7-11. There's a much better and cleaner 7-11 on ocean around the corner. Don't waste your time here. By far the dirtiest 711 I've ever been to. Really look at things when you're here, like the refrigerator box at the coffee section that holds their creamers. It's DISGUSTING. There's just so many issues with this dump."
