"I was looking for a particular type of candy made by the Joyva candy company that was cherry flavored chocolate covered marshmallow twists. In the past I was able to get the vanilla flavored but not able to find a company that would deliver me the cherry flavored twists. After scouring the Internet and speaking with several candy companies including the Joyva company regional representative, I was given the name and phone number to Sweet City Candy Company. I called them up and spoke with Jeff and found out that this company was a long-standing family owned company. I have to say that my interaction with Jeff was outstanding as he was professional, caring, knowledgeable, and concerned about fulfilling my request in the most efficient and effective manner. Their prices were reasonable and competitive, he spent as much time necessary discussing what my needs were, they helped me place the appropriate order for me to receive the candy as fast as possible. In addition, their prices were very reasonable, and they even did follow up by calling me to assure that I received what I ordered, that I was pleased with the order, and that there was no damage to any of the product delivered. There is no question in my mind that anyone who wishes to purchase any type of candy should call and order through Sweet City Candy. In addition, the follow up to ensure that the product was delivered and not damaged and that I was pleased with what I had ordered was an added pleasant surprise.
