"One of the more recent reviews mentioned that the place is now cleaner, but I don't see much of a difference. While there might be fewer items on the floor, the shelves where the items are displayed are still messy. Despite this, the service remains good. +1"
"I purchased an item online and the order was totally screwed up, from the shipping address to the actual content in the box. I called & was told to go to a store & have the manager call their customer service #. I went into this store (Montauk Highway, Shirley, NY) & explained the situation to Coleen, the manager on duty. She called CS, got my refund squared away. BUT on top of that, she searched the SKU of the item that I originally ordered & found it in the stockroom. She was as excited about that as I was! So I was able to get what I wanted AND saved on shipping! SO A BIG SHOUT OUT TO COLEEN AT THE MONTAUK HIGHWAY. SHIRLEY STORE!! YOU ROCK!!!!"
"First of all, it's a dollar tree so I shouldn't have expected much, but this location is a complete trash dump like previous comments have stated. Multiple items that customers could be purchasing are thrown all over the place whether it be on the wrong aisles or laying litters on what could be an unclean floor. Cost: Obviously cheap Appearance: Crummy Location: It's Shirley, so what do you expect Overall the store itself is fine, but the place is a total dump (interior) with 1 person regularly doing the cash register ://"
"One of the messiest stores ever!! So many Out Of Stocks The clearance section is horrendous! I remember back when Commack was the only Dollar tree around and then Shirley open after. The more dollar trees that open, the more the quality goes down the hole."
