"I came in with my mom to get her a switch. My mom is in her late 50s and wanted something to help keep her brain sharp and help her hand eye coordination, so video games were perfect. I came in with a few solid ideas of what would be good for her. Then Deana came over. She was so sweet! The games that I had in mind Deana pointed out a few issues with. Not that they were bad but just issues a new comer would encounter that I didn't think about. And they were excellent points! Deana, my mom and myself talked and came up with a few games that would be good. She was very knowledgeable and really took her time with us and I felt like she really cared about helping give my mom a good experience.
