"I live in St. James not far from this 7-11, it’s one of my closest 7-11s and I’m going to have to find another one now to go to, this one is just terrible, I usually have great things to say about 7-11 and the people working there, most of them I go to on Long Island and elsewhere the workers are kind and it’s a good place to get a quick snack or something, this one in St James always has a gang of 12-13 year olds loitering the place, idk where they come from, they leave their bicycles all over the parking lot, pile them up and throw them in HANDICAPPED parking spaces, so if a disabled person comes there’s nowhere to park for them. The kids all run around the store, not looking where they’re going, causing trouble just the other day I bumped into a young teenage girl because she was running around with her friends and when they noticed I was annoyed they thought it was a game, ok yeah sure...they’re just kids and teenagers will be teenagers, but kids these days truly think everything is a joke and have no respect, I’m a young adult myself and think it’s terrible...and the store clerks and owners do nothing, not call the police or tell them to get lost or at least behave...they seem to think it’s funny, ridiculous never coming back to this 7-11"

"I’ve visited this location a few times. It’s a bit shady. I went today with 3 lotto tickets that I confirmed with the app were winners. The worker scanned one and gave me the $10. I said what about the rest and free pick 5? He gave me the pick 5. I asked about the third ticket and he denied getting it. I saw them on the counter and any camera would prove that. We are not talking that much $ but be very careful if you visit this lousy 711. BTW my wife was with me so I made no big deal. Beware! Update - they reached out to ask when. I provided details and no further feedback."

"I bought 5 chicken wings. They charge me $10… No price tag showing it’s $10 for 5. I told the owner the price should be clear. They should put a price tag. The owner just ignored me. And they are not heated thoroughly…still icy inside"
