"Excellent customer service from Ash!! I placed my first online order with the shop earlier this week early Tuesday afternoon. I was looking for a particular wine from the Azores and they were one of the few shops that had it. Ash took the time to reach out to me that same day to let me know there was a vintage variation and to ask me if it was ok to substitute. That was fantastic since I had asked for an overnight shipment as we were going to a wine tasting gathering on Friday with some of my WSET3 and WSET4 certified enthusiasts and colleagues on unique volcanic appellation wines and the Arinto was a perfect fit. The wine showed up Thursday, in perfect shape and I am very looking forward to trying it and letting everyone know where i picked it up! Thank you again Ash! I'll be back! Cheers!"

"I cant believe anyone actually talks good about this place, been there few times and everytime had a bad experience from customer service to how clean the place is. Especially the lady at the register is someone you wouldnt want to even talk to... She is very nasty, rude and disrespectful. If a customer is asking you a simply question like,(do you have this liquor) your answer should not be (go look)..... Well at that time there was no other place open so i actually did go and find it myself. While atthe register waiting to pay i noticed the date on it had expired, when asked, she said (you no nothing no drinking you no understand) i guess she was trying to say its okey but i just walked out. It was the last time i went in there. The next day i went to the store next to key food and the employee or owner who ever it is was very nice and cared about the business i will give him. One other thing is, some of the reviews in here are from the owners im pretty sure, this place does not deserve more then 1 star, and thats for being open......."
