"I’ve never been extremely disappointed in my entire life. Being in the service industry for a long time and the quality of service that I got was below of the worst. Dirt get treated better how I got treated in this store. I didn’t have my receipt with me. However, I showed one of the managers my bank statement saying the price and the store name was there. I was accused of lying and I was accused of buying something else when in reality I bought was a luggage. I would recommend anyone if you want to get something really great and better service either go to Amazon or a nearest Walmart. One of the young ladies that works there told me that the return policy was within 3 days after purchasing the item and it had to be with receipt. Yet she refused to help me and said she’s trying to help me, when she did otherwise. I’m only sharing this experience so you guys are aware and don’t have to experience the same. One of the managers advised me to go back to the next following day to meet the owner and one of the managers . I did what was instructed. Once I go in the store, the owner was no where to be found and one of the managers was there. He remembers Ed my face while I was purchasing the luggage. Helped me find another one and called everyone as in his boss and the other manager to see how much was the other luggage. Mind you again, at my bank statement is said the price. He clearly didn’t believe me. At the end he charged me 5$ more. It was the principle behind it. Don’t accuse a customer lying and tell them they bought something else when they didn’t."
