"Bought sum that didn't work"
"I Ordered a Product with my aunt from the store today June 26, 2023 (A Fruit Ice Lava Vape) and when I got home, it didn’t work. I mean nothing no lights, no smoke. So I had called about the obviously broken product and they claimed we didn’t even come to the store when we were just there five minutes ago and refused to even talk to us. I was a paying customer and got a product that didn’t work and they treated me with upmost disrespect even hung up the phone mid call after telling us to check bank statements which had nothing to do with it. I have a stipend card so I can’t even check . They’re not even answering the phone anymore declining as my concerned family calls too. This isn’t right , this is very unprofessional and my money went into a broken product that they produced and refuse to take action or account."
