"This is Generally an alright place to shop as far as merchandise is concerned however I will definitely say the Customer service needs major work. "WORSE SERVICE EVER. They over charge for cheap products. They maybe convenient and local but the things they are selling are not affective and they know this. Brought double sided tape and it barely held to a piece of paper. Asked for an exchange and workers were very rude and putting their hands in my face. Wouldn’t recommend this store. Beach 116th needs a new discount store."

"I will NOT ever shop back here again. For one there prices for old, wore, used items are extremely too expensive. But besides there prices there customer service was very unpleasant this morning. I went in this morning to buy my daughter a balloon that cost $10 for her graduation. I was told they had them. And I explain to the Indian man that I’m going across the street and I’ll be right back while he blows up the balloon. He said that’s fine. I came back to him acting like he had no idea what I was speaking of. He said he sold all the balloons and I couldn’t get one. Then called the cops on me because I asked him if I could buy the balloon that was on display. Terrible customer service. And most there products are used and re-sold."
