Reviews
"Decent 7 Eleven store. I've been to worse locations than this one. To those who leave one star reviews because they decide to park here and go to other stores, I'm glad your cars got towed. It allows actual 7 Eleven customers to have available parking spots."
"Avoid to shop in this place. Ownership is a total idiots. They making new rules for everybody. So you can't stand on their parking lot, even if you're in your car. Anyway, I know this place for many years already, it was always bad experience here to shop. By the end of the day it's your choice, but I advice you do not support this business at all. Thank you."
"@abbuammy, @Anna Morgina & Other Fellows with similar experience from this shady 7-Eleven, I genuinely empathize with your situation. It's appalling that this 7-11 establishment, under its shameful & dubious management, is covertly operating a towing business. A similar incident occurred to me a couple of days ago. They are thug$ and running a side unethical towing business with shady Ben & Nino Towing (2603 Stillwell Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11223). Let's commit to get these shady establishments closed for good. Let's get one crooked/shady business closed at a time to save communities. PLEASE DO NOT CARE ABOUT OR FALL FOR THEIR SWEET REPLIES and Ensure we get this store closed for good. NO worse place than this in Brooklyn. **EDITED after this Dubious 7-Eleven Response** I'm reaching out to inform you all people who went through the similar issue with this criminal 7-11 and confirm that they've once again provided their usual pathetic response around 1 pm on 05/07, feigning niceness and coolness. This 7-11 establishment is clearly managed by individuals of questionable character. It's imperative that we work together to permanently close this place down. We're striving to aid our wonderful Brooklyn community. Let's unite in this fight. Nobody is above the law; together, we can accomplish it. I hope and pray that the management/owner responsible for this shady business burn in hell and so does their business."
"To the Management of 2800 Coney Island 7-11, It is absolutely appalling that your establishment, under its dubious management, is covertly operating a towing business. Your actions are criminal. I parked my car for just 5 minutes to withdraw money from the ATM in order to purchase coffee and dessert from your 7-11, only to find out that you had called a towing company (which I know is secretly linked to your pathetic store/management). Fortunately, I have strong connections with reputable lawyers and law enforcement officials. I am committed to ensuring that this unethical establishment is held accountable and shut down. Such blatant corruption cannot be tolerated. Please save this message as evidence, as I am determined to ensure that your illegal business is permanently shut down. Furthermore, I will make it known to many people, including your regular customers, that they should boycott your establishment. Here is the scammer's towing company: Ben & Nino Towing (2603 Stillwell Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11223) People, boycott and report these scammers. Let's save our beautiful community by getting this shady criminal place (and most importantly 7-11 at 2800 Coney Island Ave) shut for good."
"I don't know if this store is worse than any other 7-Eleven, as I only visited it once, and have no intention of coming back. But I do know they were not busy, their parking lot was almost empty, and there is an ATM machine inside. I also know that the main source of income for their employees is the kickbacks from the "towing company" that "services" their parking lot. I left my car on their lot to go get a sandwich across the street. I don't know why I didn't just park in the street, there were spots available. I turned around when I was on the other side of the street, and ran back as I saw what happened. My vehicle was hooked up to the tow truck whose driver demanded a ransom of $160 cash to unhook it. And I am not kidding, it took them less than a minute to call the tow truck, and for the tow truck to swoop in and complete the setup. I have to assume that's how the 7-Eleven "spotter" makes his/her money. The highlight of their day. I don't know if this legalized burglary is going on across Brooklyn, as I don't live there, and have little desire to come back. The "tow truck" belongs to the gangster crew called "Ben & Nino"."
