Hudson News 150 Greenwich Street, Queens, NY 11430

"Wow, probably one of the worst interactions I've ever had at Hudson. Came up to the counter at about 6:50pm, after this rude worker had just asked two people if they were paying cash or card. They said cash and she directed them around the corner. We came up and put our items on the counter and then this lady started shouting saying she wasn't open. Travel thru here a lot - will never stop at this store again. We literally did nothing to be treated this way. Ha ha!"

"The store at JFK Terminal 1, next to gate 4 is probably the worst convenience store I ever visited. The product I bought ($23) is not functioning as it supposed to, and when I asked for an exchange the guy in charge was condescending and trying to sell me that defective piece which is putting my passport at strain when stored in the wallet (product). The girl at the counter is pretty clueless as well. And , they didn't have return policy apparently. When I told him I was not satisfied with it and yet he is insisted that the there is nothing wrong with it, and kept on saying 'what you gonna do if he gives me another one and it also does the same thing,' rather than finding a better product from the lot. After arguing with me for 10 or so minutes, they brought another wallet, which is an improvement from the first one, but still not perfect, and he's is like you can't expect a perfect wallet. He still was insisting that the first is not defective even after I showed him the difference. I guess this store just carries poor quality products but charges premium."

"I think I have never seen such unfriendly personal. They seemed very annoyed, barely gave us an answer and were uncordial. Also they told us anotger price first. We wanted to buy chocolate, she said they costed 7 dollars but when we payed them we had to pay 14 dollars. Very unfriendly!"

"Can someone explain to me how a bottle of water, a bottle of ginger ale, a bag of chips and a bag of chips ahoy cookies can cost $75 plus tax at Terminal 8 at JKF airport. I understand inflation but this is the height of price gouging!!. Shame on you Hudson News."

"Wish I could have give 0 star for poor service! I was traveling mid of Nov. Long story short an elder person was infront to be checked out, cashier announced cash on one register & card on the next, happens to be as soon as the elder pulls out cash & was my turn as well they all (staffs) approx 4 ladies caught an attitude and announced no cash only card. Which put most guest out of convenient & was so rude and nasty saying out loud by 1 individual who may be the supervisor I’m assuming, stating that what is it that “Y’all don’t understand” started to gossip on the guests whose in line of the last min payment changes. This occurred at the Hudson New stand located near gate4 (Concourse A: A3-A5 gates) please JFK hire only trained professionals , keep the young , disrespectful attitude away the terminal or do better background on your staffs."
