"Came at 1 1.20pm (it suppose to be open until midnight) and the guys there deny my to enter...what are you doing in america if you don't like to work? Hope you fire new workers 'cause the indians there just don't care about your business"
"Only 7-Eleven that just closes at random times every night and they also have a sign that says no card loads from 10 PM to 6 AM. It’s the only 7-Eleven that has this the only problem is when you get there at 6 AM. The guy says it won’t be ready until seven. it’s happened to me so many times they won’t change the sign. They keep it there at 6 AM to 10 and then the guy has the nerve to get mad at me like it’s my fault."
"I went there on 9/20/23 at 1132pm. Store was closed. Stop telling people your store is 24/7 when it's closed. All I wanted was an Amazon package. Store employee was extremely rude. Rickas was his name. He needs to be retrained on customer relations or released from your employment. Very unproffessional."
"You shouldn't let homeless people hang out by the ATM machines. When I finished my ATM transaction, this homeless man, who was sitting next to the machines, ask me for money. This person is there alot begging inside and outside the store. Scary situation. I'll make my purchases somewhere else that doesn't ALLOW homeless to hang and beg for money INSIDE the store. Always numerous people begging there. My advice is dont go there until the begging of customers for money. Clean up the riff-raff at your store, what's more important, your customers or beggars?"
"Went today 3/10/19 around 10pm to this location. Worker said that I couldn't return rotten milk because it's been ten days since purchase. I bought 2 gallons of milk on March 1st, sell by date is March 12. One gallon was fine the other rotten. He said it was too many days and that it was too close to sell by date which doesn't make sense. He said you can't return any food after ten days, I wonder what happens if a supermarket took this approach. I know better so asked about any corporate policies of refunds for food items and both workers began to berate for coming after 10 days. I called corporate to verify policies which they informed me do not exist. BTW my fridge is fine. Although they allowed me to get another milk, I was chastised for it. I will never purchase milk from this location again, and because of the workers nasty condenscending attitudes I will avoid this location at all cost."
