Reviews
"This most awesome place offers excitement and fun for the very young and old. What is shown on the website is exactly how it looks inside the water park. We were seven kids, ages three to eight years old and eight adults. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Villas. The two connecting halves gave us plenty of room. After the kids were in bed, we relaxed outside by the gas fire pit. It was a wonderful family trip."
"It was my family’s first visit for a weekend and we enjoyed our stay although it was very expensive for just 2 days, 1 night. The room was very comfortable for my husband and I along with our children. Although the stay was pleasant, we will never be coming back. When I returned home, I realized I was up charged for my room after being told twice prior that there was no additional balance due upon arrival. I’ve tried calling customer service for almost a month to request my refund and haven’t been able to get through to anyone that could assist me so I’ve cut my losses at this point."
"It was a great experience. My 3 year old loves you to Great Wolf Lodge. We go every year and he looks forward to it. The activities for the kids are great. The pizza isn't good. The restaurant where the bar is, to the right of the hotel entrance has great breakfast. Would suggest to bring some food from home or order out though bc it can get pricey. There are microwave on different floors for everyone to use. I recommend this place to families."
"Our arrival was easy, check-in is simple. It is true that there is a 20$ per night parking fee per that seems a bit much but we got a good deal on the rooms so it works out. The kids loved the themed room. Everything was there except for hand soap but that was eventually taken care of. The room was clean and smelled pleasant. The water park was fun and even our 1 yo had fun. Many big kid slides and the new section is cool. We were also able to go to the outside pool and get a few hours of sun. Being able to use the armband to purchase food and everything else is super practical. Many people complain about the prices but it's a resort where you don't have to leave so it's expected that there will be a premium, kind of like paying extra for popcorn at the theatre! We definitely enjoyed our stay."
"The location is convenient, near a lot of shops and restaurants. I love the fact that they let you bring your own food and drinks because the food there was very, especially feeding 7 people. The room was nice and clean and the people were very nice and friendly. Definitely not worth all the money I paid and not worth staying 2 nights, the teen were bored after the 1st night, but my 10 and 8 year old had a blast, so, it might be better for children 20 and under. It was a way to get the kids out of the house before camp and summer jobs started, but definitely a one and done for us. For people with babies and toddlers, it's best to stay away from the new tower, it's way too far from the lobby."
