"The staff member who was overweight and had short, curly, dark red hair needs to improve their customer service. They did not greet me or offer to help at all. "The manager is soo rude in this store! I went to the store due to wanting a hat. I hear the manager of the store practically yelling at the employees. Then I am in the book section and she said excuse me and I thought she needed to pass me. But she said excuse me I have to change this book section. I was like no way I am spending my coins in this store. So sad because the employees are nice but upper management needs to fire that manager!"
