"I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today. After receiving the pick-up email, I went to this store to pick up my 11x14 photo order, but it couldn't be found anywhere. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes while the associate searched for my photo. As a result, I had to wait even longer to have the missing photo reprinted, which apparently they could not reprint after 2 attempts. I received a cash refund and what could have been a quick experience lasted me over 30 minutes. This was an unpleasant experience, especially because I had made plans around picking up this photo. Overall, it was a bad experience. I recommend not going here for photo prints or using CVS for this."

"Dumbest manager ever! Doesn't know how to read her own ads for her store. Made complaint to corporate office but district manager never called back to find out what happened. Really care about their customers! I'll stick to 81 Eighth Ave...a MUCH better run store that offers great customer service...Best pharmacy too."

"Don't shop here unless you like being followed for being dark skinned. If you happened to be white, this is a great place to go because the staff would treat you like royalty. You probably wouldn't even have to actually buy anything, just walk out with whatever you want since their probably following/harassing someone with a darker complexion. I'd doubt they'd even notice someone with lite skin or a "white" person."
