"Rip off artist. Untrustworthy!! Liars!! NEVER play lotto here, they will NOT cash your ticket! I've won money TWICE playing here and everytime I came to cash in the ticket they speak to each other in that language and then say they don't have the money. The first time they didn't have $500 on a mid afternoon on a Saturday, and today 7/13/19 they don't have $250 in the register at 4pm?! You're in one of the BUSIEST parts of Manhattan and you don't have $250 in cash in a convenient store??! They sell vape, cigarettes and many other expensive items but don't have cash???! Liars and scammers is what they are. They are willing to take your money but not pay out. I hope they lost their business"
