"This is the worse CVS pharmacy there is. My mom is a cancer patient. She lives nearby and been going to this particular pharmacy for over 10 years. She came in one day to return an ointment she did not use/need. Pharmacy employee Mike was very rude to her, refused to take the ointment. Made her cry. I called to speak to their manager Mohammed who assured me Mike will call to apologize and that did not happen. Why would the manager tell me that he would?!? They lie in your face."
"literally worst phone service ever. in person they are fine, but if you ever need to call about your prescriptions if you’re at work or can’t be there in person, it’s impossible. app doesn’t work either. no matter the time of day they’ll put you on hold for 20-30 minutes and then you will actually hear someone pick up and hang up immediately."
"I am a veterinarian. I attempted to call in a prescription for a feline patient for some eye drops. I faxed over the prescription first and then called to make sure they did not need any additional info from me. The pharmacist was rude! He refused to fill the medication unless the O came in or called them and set up an account. He told me he did not have enough information. When in fact he had the O's name, Pet's name, address, phone, email, breed, DOB, etc. He just didn't read the RX. When I told him that and asked him what more do you need? He said he needed to know how she intended to pay for the eye drops. I have never run into this problem. I have been a practicing veterinarian for 28 years and never had an issue like this. I believe they just did not want to fill the RX or they wanted to make it difficult for the O. My advice, avoid this CVS no matter what. I am now worried they will make a mistake filling the medication. AVOID THEM. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible."
"The most disgusting, unprofessional treatment by pharmacists I have ever witnessed. I was yelled at and openly talked about by two pharmacists right in front of my face when, literally, all I was trying to do was fill a prescription. I have shopped at this CVS for years, and many of the employees here are beyond lovely and helpful, but the pharmacists today drove me away from ever returning. If you are in need of a compassionate pharmacist or even one with general professionalism and common courtesy, I encourage you to go elsewhere, as you will not find one here. Breaks my heart to write this."
"I’m a physician and would never send a patient here. Went to my usual CVS, found they no longer had pharmacy hours. Realised I only had two tablets left, and that became an emergency, as I’m leaving on vacation tomorrow at 5am. I called thus location and was stuck on hold for 10 minutes before it cut me off. It was getting late and they closed at 6pm, so I spent $20 on a cab and got there at 5:55pm. They helped the couple in front if me, then asked what I needed. I asked to pick up a container of my generic medicine, explaining I was flying out early the next morning. She said they were closed and couldn’t help me. It would’ve taken three minutes to fill the prescription. She wasn’t interested in my circumstances, and directed me to a store on First Ave and 14th. Manager, if you care it was a white woman with a faint accent - she shouldn’t be doing patient-facing work. Yes, it was a favor, but a small one for someone who was in a hurry and in a jam. I worked in a pharmacy when I was in medical school, and I know how it works. As far as I’m concerned, that’s it for me and CVS pharmacy, and I shall generally take my business elsewhere. And when I got out of the store come across the street and walked over to the bus stop I saw the time was 6:02 pm, so I’m pretty sure it was before 6 pm when she told me they were closed. I’m angry now, but that will pass; my disdain for the service will not."
