"Considering this is in a prime Manhattan area of Chelsea (and near walking distance from Madison Square Garden), the overall selection and prices are not bad at all. The [Chinese] owners seem to price merch fairly enough for the location. I could easily say that it’s similar to prices in Queens without having to travel very far. *** I always try to pay cash as much as possible when I shop there since they are a small business. They also have individual rolls of 1000 sheet single ply toilet paper at really great prices ($1.49?) at this store. I also like their stationary supplies and kitchen department merch."

"I went in to purchase a water gun for someone else other than myself. First off, it was over-priced. $ 6.99, and on top of that, they charge $.50 to use your credit or debit card if purchase is under $10! The water gun ended up being defective, so I took it back for the person I purchased it for, and they gave me a hell of a time just to exchange it, even with the receipt. I ended up telling the wife and her husband that I would not be coming back to do any type of business with them, and that's when the husband took video of me walking out the door. They know me as a prior customer, and the way that they reacted was unnecessary and uncalled for, as if i was stealing from them. Money spent, no more, no less the price, they should grant customers a decent and fair shopping experience. Instead, very rude, disrespectful and awful customer service. They just care about getting people's money and that's it!"

"This is a nice small place with a lot of household supplies from cooking supplies to all stuff you could possibly need.paper products, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, needle/thread crochet needles (which I was shocked to find)."
