"The interaction with the staff member was highly concerning. As an African American customer shopping with my daughter, I was unfairly singled out and asked if I had paid for an item before I had even had the chance to approach the counter. This appears to be a clear case of racial profiling and bias. When I then requested an item from behind the counter, the staff member responded with an exasperated sigh and proceeded to slam down both my order and my daughters order. This level of obnoxious and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting. Additionally, the staff member had their AirPods in for the entirety of the interaction, without even a basic apology or acknowledgement of the poor service. As a former general manager with over a decade of experience, I can say with certainty that this conduct falls well outside the bounds of acceptable customer relations policies. I would urge you to review this incident closely and take appropriate disciplinary action. Customers, especially those from minority backgrounds, deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, not subjected to racial bias and rude, dismissive behavior. Please let me know what steps will be taken to address this unacceptable situation."

"worst 7-11 around. lived here for years but new management is taking the place to the ground. used to buy everything from here until now. the workers think they own the place and think giving you back talk is alright. would not recommend this place as a local, but understand if you need to buy a quick pick me up. shop at places (even convenience stores) that give you at least some what respect."

"Today early morning I went this store to buy a coffee, I saw the cashier and a lady were fighting. She is talking very loudly and saying that cashier is cheating with her. She want to buy a slushy cup which price is printed on the box is $9.99 and he charged it $11.99. the cashier is saying what I scanned it real price. I paid my coffee and I request them for a piece of napkin but he said they don't have. All the 7-Eleven stores there isn't napkins for customers?"

"This place is always mess. Staff are always rude and tries to force you to pay for damaged or defective items. Modern day extortion. If I could give a negative review, I would."

"Im posting reviews from now on cuz this is ridiculous. The coffee tastes very watered down. I love 7/11 coffee and i rely on you guys for my mornings. Im getting really sick of employees skimming coffee grounds so it tastes watered down and not cleaning out these machines. This is unacceptable. If this continues itll be your own fault that your stores close."
