"The young gentleman who came to help was very professional, knowledgeable about the system and he was very patient. He kept his smile the entire time. He had been helping other customers with the same manner, very diligent and attentive. I moved to this neighborhood in August 2020, and always experience the high quality customer service at this location. I consider this location is the best of all the CVS I visited."

"I recently had a deeply upsetting experience while shopping at CVS. As a frequent shopper who regularly fills prescriptions here, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent visit. While I was browsing, I noticed a security guard constantly monitoring me. It quickly became clear that I was being racially profiled. This experience was not only disappointing but also infuriating. I felt humiliated and unfairly targeted based on my race, which is completely unacceptable. CVS has always been my go-to place for shopping and prescriptions, but this experience has severely shaken my trust in this store. I hope that steps are taken to ensure that no one else has to endure such treatment in the future."

"The cashier insisted I use the self-service machine for payment while they remained idle. Later, when a long line formed, they simply directed the last person in line , to pay with him , and the others just waisted our time."

"An absolute nightmare! All new people. Old crew is completely gone. This is the pharmacy ONLY! The store people are really nice and welcoming. But that pharmacy is getting worse and worse. There was a really tall guy behind the counter at the pharmacy yesterday which was 3/1/24 and not only was he rude but he looked very sloppy and was sweaty. Something has to be done with the pharmacy. And they put all new carpets in but for what? There is dog pooped smeared all over by the pharmacy. Also they let people in to cash cans and the smell is HORRIFIC! Only gave one star due to the pharmacy."
