I places two orders online, received the notice of completion within minutes and walked down the street and picked up both with absolutely no trouble. Staff was very helpful directing me where to pick items up and quickly provided my packages. Thank you Walgreens. Store seemed to be clean and organized."
"Worst experience. No pick up sign at entrance. Waited in line for 5 mins because there is one person working at the cashier. When it was my turn they asked me to go across the store to the other side to pick up. The woman at pick-up station was sitting in the back and play her phone. I went to someone else who then directed me back to that woman again. Duane Reade are normally fine. Just avoid this place at all costs."
