"Most dishonest cashiers. Beware of the 2 bengali women cashier. They don’t know how to do their jobs and will lie in your face just to avoid the refunds. We come to NYC as tourist not knowing how the subway system works. I asked them for the weekly unlimited pass. Instead of telling me I need to get the metro pass in the subway. They give me stupid answers without knowing themselves how it works. And sell me 3 OMNY card 6$ each and never mentioned its non refundable. Us not knowing. We were told by the subway cashier that the info given to us was all wrong. And the 2 cashiers refused to refund us and denied their wrongdoings. We truly feel cheated by 2 very dishonest people."

"This is the best Duane Reade in the area, it had an excellent ready made food section with sandwiches, wraps fruits and veggies, has a huge selection of items not always found in other locations. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is very clean and always well stocked. I highly recommend to anyone looking for their favorite Duane Reade location."

"Welcome to the place where the client has no rights . And the manager get to talk to you while he isnt even looking at you and while he is counting the cash ... omar is the name of the most rude person i have met in new york . I was visiting for 4 days and passed to That branch end of the day to get a sandwich and a drink . .. . Only to find that the price on the price tag is different than the one on the regester (1.30 usd difference) the lady on the cashier said that its not her problem i asked for the manager and this guy who works there in that shop as a manager came to me only to take back the drink to the fridge and say that the price tag is there for a drink that they ran out of. (Yet even after that he didnt take the tag off) i said thats not my problem and i should pay as written on the tag he said no . And i recorded the whole thing on video he didnt care even though i told him that this is going to be written and recorded so that everyone knows about how bad is that shop . Over priced . Very rude staff . And they use a very simple and old fraud technique.... "price tagged by mistake""
