"First and foremost every employee I’ve interacted with at this particular CVS location has been pleasant and helpful. I had an issue with an online order and had a distasteful/ troublesome experience corporate customer service employee via telephone but the assistant manager Tierra was impressively receptive and capable of resolving the issue seamlessly. Her customer service skills provided me a reason to continue being a CVS customer."

"The pharmacist yelled at me over the phone as soon as I asked a question (a single sentence about a medication being available). Apparently another CVS has been giving out the wrong information. But, of course, yelling at the customer was this pharmacist’s default."

"This location is SHADY. They removed the hours from the outside because they’re supposed to be closing at MIDNIGHT every night and yet they close at 11 PM every single night!!! But when you call the location, their recording says midnight, and the cvs website says midnight. I called the 800 cvs number and they have no idea why they’re closing early. Literally people are outside of it after 11 banging on the door whenever I pass and it’s closed early."

"If i could give the pharmacy a ZERO, i would. I have had 2, maybe 3 prior experiences that were horrible but still never thought necessary to write a review til today. The young women who work behind the counter as techs are EXTREMELY RUDE. Both them tall, skinny fare skin spanish and black women with nose septum piercing are very immature and condescending. They will blow you off directly to your face. Any questions you ask will be met with snarkiness and matter-of-factness. It feels as if these 2 women are angry they have to do their job. They refuse to answer the phone. ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO. Today i called and was able to walk 15min to the location while the phone rang the entire time. Got to the store, called again while in the line and watched them ignore the phone... heres the best part, THERE WASNT A LINE AT ALL. Today i feel as though it is best to leave a review at this point as well type a nice letter to the regional management about this branch. based on MANY REVIEWS, clearly i am not the only person who has the same issues at this location. These rude women need to be removed from working here and be replaced with more friendly and courteous individuals."

"The staff are really helpful and attentive. The CVS is well stocked and there are lots is discount. The prices are comparable to other drug stores with some perks of discounts."
