"The package came smashes, opened and missing 1/2 of the promised product. The outer package was not tampered with so it was sent that way from the manufacturer."

"Ordered 14 bottles of Colon Health on 6/25/2024. Items arrived on 7/1/2024 and all 14 bottles had an expiration date of 8/2024 - one month out. Contacted the company and asked for a replacement or a refund. The Company asked for pictures which I provided on 7/3. On 7/6 the Company emailed indicating they would issue a refund within 24-72 hours. After not receiving the refund in the allotted time, I contacted the company again on 7/10 for an update. The Company responded on 7/10 that they would issue the refund within 24 hours. That is the last I have heard from this Company. I have emailed them and called them several times since and they have not responded or issued the refund as of 7/19. I have filed a BBB complaint and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Strongly do not recommend!"

I tried to resolve with customer support but they keep asking me private information my password bank account and bank card number I called twice and was still the same really disappointed I had to call PayPal for help to resolve the problem.
