"This place is just downright bad. Some of the employees are incompetent. Can't even replace old or empty items at the coffee/espresso station when the replacements are literally in the mini fridge. This place is very inconsistent with the quality. I'd rather go to another 7-11 elsewhere cause this place isn't it, especially at night. And don't even get me started on the conditions of the restrooms."

"Very convenient store! When you are at LaGuardia airport or within its vicinity this is an excellent rest stop to get some good coffee and snacks! One complaint I have: Workers leaving the restroom without washing their hands and sanitizing afterwards is not good enough!"

"The management here WON'T remove food that's past its expiration date. Check everything you buy before you eat it to make sure it's not spoiled. I have been coming to this store since they opened, and have pointed out batches of spoiled food to the manager on several occasions. She smiles and apologizes and every time I come back the expired food is still there. Took this photo 10/4/18, they had something spoiled almost 9 months ago still sitting on the shelf. These people don't care if they sell you rotten food."
