"The place is dirty and many items are behind plexiglass so you cannot easily get them even if you’re willing to use self serve checkout. If you need to pickup a medication the line is easily an hour wait. Pharmacy closes for an hour at lunch. Customer service is a contradiction here. There’s no competition in the neighborhood so they can remain abysmal and stay in business. I look forward to going elsewhere when I can. Amazon picks up some slack where CVS falters but giving either company my business is not helping a Mom and Pop. It truly illustrates how little the company cares about their customers."

"I enjoy going to the CVS on 96 Street and Amsterdam Avenue. I usually find them well stocked and most importantly they have the items that I use most frequently purchase. Whether it is bounty paper towels, vitamins, Scott toilet paper, secret deodorant, or CVS body lotion, etc. Also, the staff, there is great. I find them professional, helpful, patient and knowledgeable."

"Worst customer service. Was told by CVS head office to call the pharmacy and provide my insurance. Pharmacy rep who answered at 743 location told me she didn’t want to help me and I could just do it in the app. When I asked a question about how the CVS app worked, she said “if you can’t figure out how to follow simple prompts I can’t help you.” When I asked if she’d ever used the app herself she said no. Said her name was Marilyn. Trash"
