"The worst Duane Reade! The lines are always extremely long with two people on register. Not to mention there’s no separate line or counter if you’re only picking up fed ex packages. What a circus!"

"Honestly wanted to give this pharmacy a shot but it’s just very poorly managed and probably understaffed. They never have one of my prescriptions in stock but somehow another pharmacy easily has them. Second they one time gave me HALF portion of a cream I take and told me to come back for the other half. When I ran out I went online to ask for a refill and wrote in the notes that I was still owed the other half. When I arrived the receptionist said “well I don’t see a note” didn’t offer any help. Didn’t offer to leave a note for the pharmacist. Didn’t give a care. So essentially I was stolen from by this pharmacy. One time I came in and the pharmacist covering was clearly uncomfortable with the work environment and something about their medical shipments. Something really needs to shape up because this business is just shady."

"The worst pharmacy in the world. Waited on line for an hour to pick up medication. Only one person at the counter taking care of customers. Changing pharmacy to local pharmacy as of today. Period. They are not worth 1 star."

"Duane Reade' pharmacy should be close, and all pharmacy workers isolated from society. To do not hurt more people by them negligence and irresponsibility. Stay away if you have to have important medications for poscreption. You definitely never ever get them on time."
