"Absolutely horrible place! The pharmacy will never answer the phone. Called several times and waited for 1/2 each time. Impossible to place an order on line and when I got there the order wasn’t ready two hours after doctor called. And this is for urgent Covid medication! Come this afternoon, I was told. When? Who knows?"

"I just stopped by here to pick up some items @ 10:35 pm and the doors are locked. I knocked on the doors and no one came to open them up. Stay open until 11 pm as stated on the sign on your door!! God forbid someone might need medicine, yet yall are closed..."

"Consistently a bad experience. It’s like they’ve entirely given up on customer experience. It’s so painful at every single point, every time I’ve got to go in here. Can someone in Walgreens corporate PLEASE send some secret shoppers here? Pharmacy is consistently rude and unhelpful. They provide appointment times for vaccines, and then don’t keep them (and they say “it’s not our fault - it’s corporates fault”). Floor staff doesn’t know what they sell or where anything is, and it hurts them when you ask for help finding what you’re looking for. The line is always long with a single person working the register. Everyone is in a bad mood. Nearly all products are locked behind plastic cases, and no one comes when you ring the bell - you’ve got to go find someone (good luck!). Such poor store management. Oh, and prices are high. They’re doing literally nothing right here"
