"They sell fake tobacco products and they behave like I am the guilty about that. Worst employees ever that I have seen."

"Not the best employees (one of them only though), but overall friendly and responsive. I’ve been using this store for the last 2 years regularly and can say I’m happy to come here after I’ve been far away for long time (doing school 1hr away from here). Feels like home. The coffee machine coffee is great. Almost always they have everything I need it stock. The prices are best compared to similar chains like WGs or CVS"

"Man at counter tried charging me $6.50 for 2 sad pizza slices (it was 12am and I was desperate, I know) and a coke product when they have ads like this all over the store stating the company 7-11 promotion. While I was being rung up, it shows the discount being taken off but then it was manually cancelled. The older gentleman with glasses insists that “it doesn’t work”. Of course it doesn’t work when you are selling a 20oz coke product for $3.50 and this company wide promotion would cut into your margins. Stay away from this store, if they can’t follow company policy, who knows what else they are messing up on."

"Rude employee or owner. I don't know if he owns the place but he sure acts rude. I went to ask him if they had Slurpees (since I hadn't noticed the Slurpee machine to my right) and he basically yelled at me telling me to look to my right. I am not planning going back even if I have to walk a little farther to another 7/11."

"This place is disgusting ! The floors are sticky , the coffee area looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in god knows how long. The food looks stale and old. The slushy area has dirt and has a gross sticky film. I work out of JFK airport and use the 7/11 over there and they keep that place spotless. This place looks like it barely gets customers and they can’t even have the decency to keep this clean. 7/11 you should be disgusted that this place operates under your name."
