"We used the Party Store in Caldwell for pre-ordered balloons for a graduation party. They were packed up and ready to go even though I arrived a little early. The owner was helpful with making recommendations and selections. The balloons were great and held up during the heat!"

"Came in to have balloons filled and the man working there had a horrible attitude. When asking if I could have them filled, he responded “I only fill what I sell” in a snarky tone. When asking if he had any large white balloons he held up a balloon and said nothing. Stick to PartyCity."

"I always purchase my balloons online and blow them up at a party store. I decided to give this place a try since it’s a small local business however the man (owner?) at the register refused to fill the balloons and had a very bad attitude. I told him I would pay to fill them & he nastily refused and said who orders balloons online? This guy was so rude & unprofessional. I will never go here again!!!"
