The office is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and they were able to accommodate me immediately when I was having an urgent issue. Dr. Fetterman himself is patient and knowledgeable, and was able to clearly answer my deluge of prying questions. Friendly and kind, he defies typical doctor stereotypes. Ask him about his band!"

"My mother and my brother went to see Dr Fetterman so when I started having problems with my eyes that's where I was also recommended to go I have had no problems they've always been right on point with my eyecare."

"I went bc I need glasses and needed a more recent exam. It was time. I've always had to have glasses for distance/reading... Had bifocals even in the past. Was given the exam, I swear the female who gave the exam had to have messed it up! Bc Dr Fetterman, who btw, is a very likeable kind man it seems... told me my eye sight was "perfect" ..my eyesight is far from perfect. So when I explained to him that I need glasses so I can see the exit signs ahead of time when traveling, see any sign when driving, etc ..he says "ok, I'll write you a script"...so I'm wondering what is he going to write it for...if my eyes are "perfect"..?? So I paid just under 300.00 for an exam that did me no good at all, after being told they accepted my insurance.. I received the bill. Smh...He did tell me that floaters are common and eased my mind about that. Other than that, nothing. I won't be back. That was in January 2020. Just the more I think about it, the more it angers me.. So I decided to write the review, bc God forbid that this happens to someone else bc this person doesn't know how to give an eye exam! I must say though in all fairness, that my mother loves them here, and that Dr Fetterman is the one who caught her macular degenerative. She's doing well bc of him catching that. So she loves him! My issue is with that woman who gave my exam. Nothing looked different in any of the comparisons during exam."

"Went twice. Saw the lady first then saw Dr Fetterman. Both gave exams with no relief. Called again. He said there's nothing else I can do, go see an allergist. I did. Eyes still hurt. Fetterman sent me to Ross eye Institute. They found in less than 5 seconds what TWO of them missed at his office! Fetterman has lost two patients now!"
