"I went to Walgreens earlier today and the cashier Dariela G. was extremely rude as well as her manager. I was trying to show them that they put their marketing wrong, which meant they would have to honor the price that was there. Dariela G was being rude and yelled next in my face because she didn’t wanna honor the price. And when the manager came she put she hand in my face and didn’t want to honor the price until I showed her I took a picture of it. Altogether the both of them were terrible and definitely need to be reevaluated because they do know anything about customer servicing."

"As a rule of thumb, when considering shopping or picking up medicine at CVS or Walgreens, be prepared for it to be a hit or miss. I highly suggest only going to those pharmacies when you know you are not in a rush, and have some time to account for staff to fix any mistakes that may come up. At the register, I asked my questions gently and in a neutral tone, and was helped with their best abilities. Albeit, I had low expectations since post pandemic many businesses have been hiring lots of people not suitable for dealing with the public. But I suspect this store is trying to improve with customer service, because the younger guy at the register seemed new & optimistic about problem-solving. I could tell he was making sure to be communicative and this needs to be acknowledged! I've just had outstanding experiences elsewhere in the past, hence took off a star but I'm hoping this location gets there! Especially rooting for your location because I noticed that Passaic has a specific vibe and I felt there were some genuine people left compared to the other parts of North Jersey and that's really something special."

"This place has some of the most miserable people working here. There's an extremely rude manager you'd think everyday is a bad day for her. As well as one of the cashier's. Like why are you ladies always so angry and if you're that angry you shouldn't bring that type of energy to work. You'd think you'd try to bring the two star rating up smh..."
