"If there was an option for 0 stars i would pick that. This place is BEYOND unprofessional. The nurses/receptionists are rude and ignorant. They are ALWAYS late on calling people back at their scheduled appointment times. And Dr. Smalls is a joke, he is way too old to be still practicing he forgets important details about his patients and doesn't document anything properly so he can remind himself. Every time I've taken my boyfriend here to his appointment ON TIME he's in there WAITING to be seen for over an hour. This place should be shut down for how terrible the staff treats their patients. Never anyone at the desk. One time I came here all the lights were off and the staff was outside smoking cigarettes as their was a line of people inside wondering where the he'll everyone was at and trying to check in. Rediculous. I definitely DO NOT recommend this sad excuse for a doctors office."
