"Was recently in here on Thursday, February 2, 2023. I was very curious about Alpha Lion and what the hype was all about and Tyler did a great job at informing me of the product and why it works so well. He gave me a sample which I absolutely loved. Best tasting pre-workout I’ve ever had and it mixed very well. I did feel the effects and most likely will come in to buy a full container. I thank Tyler for his professionalism and knowledge on the product. Any time I walk into this store it’s always a great experience."
"Was trying to return castor oil and grape seed oil that I found somewhere else at a better price: iherb. The guy inside the store was nice but apparently he was new. He called the manager and the manager didn’t trust him to do the return, since he is new. Something wrong with the manager/owner of this place."
"Amal...the franchise owner will do anything not to adhere to GNC policies and not accept returns even though corporate customer service is on the phone instructing his employee what the proper procedure is. PLEASE...CONSIDER going to a franchise in the area that is respectful of their employee, adhere's to corporate policy and is concerned about the customer...think about how much you spend on items in this store. Give the business to someone who deserves it!!!!"
"These guys rock! Gamal, store owner is beyond awesome! When I knew nothing about supplements and weight lifting, they taught me so much and got me on the right track. Unfortunately due to so many allergies I cut back on a lot of their products however it's an industry that finally changing to reduce the fake sugars/colorings so, I may be shopping there more again. I did move out of the area so, I haven't been back too often. Any issues, ask for Gamal and he'll make sure that you're happy!"
